We stand behind the quality of our DEWALT footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. If your boots don't meet your expectations for fit or performance, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn boots in their original DEWALT packaging and secure them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned footwear, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
